Liftin With Clifton

Payments are a monthly membership rate. You pay on the 1st of the month (or bi-weekly) and must show up to all of your sessions. The rate stays the same on short months and longer months so you get a few free sessions on occasion. 

If you cannot make it to a session I can try to reschedule you but time slots are VERY limited so you would have to be flexible with your make up session.

Personal training rates include free online coaching for your remaining workouts of the week.
